OUT REACH PROGRAM

In addition to academic classes, the institute conducts out reach programmes to the visually impaired students and visually impaired employed in different sectors.

The visually impaired employees are supported in the following:

• Repair and maintenance of Perkins Braillers.
• Up-date and installation of assistive software.

The students are supported in the following:

• Transcription and ink-printing of the question/answer papers.
• Production of Braille text books.
