HAPPY TEACHERS’ DAY

To become a teacher would seem easy for everyone, but to take up the role of a True Teacher is not at all an easy task. Teachers are special for they nurture the intellect of humans. Teachers enlighten and induce moral values that form the basic characteristic of human being. The contribution of a single teacher can produce a good child, a good citizen, the good profession, a good society, and at large a good nation.

The Teachers of National Institute for Visually Impaired are truly committed individuals for three genuine reasons. In the first place, you are the parents of so many kids who come for learning from nooks and corners of the country. Secondly, like any other teacher, you are a guide, a mentor, a friend all molded in one. Then the most important thing is that you are the only one who uplifts the lives of many visually impaired children who form a major part of Disabled Society in Bhutan. You are the real backbone and sole contributor of Human Rights Development in our country. We owe you everything; we thank each and every one of you from the bottom of our heart.

Today on this very auspicious Teacher’s Day cum the Birth Anniversary of our Third Druk Gyalpo, I, along with other members join all the way from here to wish all our MI Teachers a very Happy Teacher’s Day.

Sincerely, Pema Dorji. NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad Andra Pradesh, India.
